Log in to your Desoho Account
Click on Email Broadcast

For first time user, please follow the steps
1. Add Member List
2. Add Member Group
3. Email Configuration
4. Edit Email Group

1. Add Member

You can either import a CSV file or manually add one by one. If you chose manually add
1. Click on Add
2. Click on Edit
3. Edit First and Last name and full address
4. Place the member's email
5. And click save

2. Add Member Group
Click on New Member Group

Come up with a title for you member group.

Your members are from the member list you had imported.
Highlight the member you want to place in your group and click on select. After click save, and refresh your browser.

Email Configuration

Register an account with Sportname (www.sportname.com) or use your available email provider with smtp rely service.
Setup your Email Account

Selection a name for your name group

From ( Your name ) 

Date: ( The Date which you want to sent your email )

Group ( Select the group you want your email to sent to )

Subject ( Enter the subject)

Template ( Choose a Template design)

Content Box ( Insert Content )

Testing ( Insert your own email for testing )

You may select from the tag to insert variables such as First Name, Last Name, Address, and unsubscribe link. These features are pre-built.

If you use the Sportname.com free email account, please visit the Email Setup in the Help File.

Click Advanced
Select SMTP Relays per day: 250

Each email account allows to send 250 emails/day through the Sportname relay outgoing mail server (smtp).You may order more email accounts if you wish to send more emails each day.

If you subscribe the service of DeSOHO Broadcast Marketing, you need the Outgoing mail server (smtp)information.
(Different email may have different outgoing server)
